This should be done after:

The Talk to the Fist achievement in The Legend of Tianding worth 111 pointsTeach Furuyama a lesson.

One of the side quests will involve helping A-Guai (your friend who's above the Jiangyue Lou Restaurant, introduced in the story).

She'll fix up the amulet pouch for you and tell you to leave and never come back. Follow the side quest markers and eventually you'll end up back in her room.

You'll be prompted to either Beat or Trick Furuyama.

For this achievement, you want to pick Trick.

This completes the side quest, and A-Guai will disappear permanently, so make sure you've got the other achievement first.

I can't trick him.I've only 2 choices:

- Beat him
or
- I missed something

But i've done all side quests aside this one and i talked to everybody in the city,so i don't know what i missed.Weird...

I also don't get the ' Trick' option, just 'Beat' and 'I must have missed something'. I guess I'm missing a flag somewhere, but I've tried talking to everyone I can.

It's not the talismans. I have all 3 and only get I must have missed something or beat option.

Edit: I was able to figure out the requirement. You need to have the collectable drop from the first boss.

Each boss has a rare drop that you'll get when you grab them. Just fight them again if you don't get it first time

I finally managed to get this achievement.

Previously I hadn't been getting the "Trick" option, just "Beat" and "Missed Something"

The "Trick" option only appeared after I had collected two more talismans from boss fights (Wang Wenchang and Kawajima) where I'd previously defeated the boss without getting the talisman.

After picking up those two talismans I returned to A-Guai and the "Trick" option was now available, I'm not sure if you need to collect a specific talisman though.

I got this achievement but I don't really know the requirements for it. Based on how I unlocked things, these are the order of steps I took (some may or may not be necessary).

-Save Captain Mustache.
-Capture Ching Feng and dispel rumours.
-Teach Furuyama a lesson. (I might've reloaded here.)
-Fully explore Sewers, Military, Train, Mausoleum.
-Buy legendary weapon.
-Buy all the Buns.
-Beat the Boss (bad ending). (On Easy mode.)
-Finally, help her escape.

So, maybe you need to have a certain item in your inventory? Or complete one of the above?

These are things that unlocked After I helped her (so you can assume they're not required).

-Threaten Li-Hong
-Pretend to be Furuyama.
-Get All Talismen.
-Beat Boss (good ending).
-Collect every item.
-Finish game on hard mode.
