3) each weapon has a talisman that can be achieved from stealing from an enemy htat holds it.

The best spot to get the weapons talismans is to fight Ding Peng again.
Because during this boss fight, you'll encounter every ennemy.
As the same time, you'll farm a lot of yens to buy every items from merchants and beggars.
