This is the first level of the game. Keep following the yellow stars (which are the story missions), and right after defeating the boss you’ll come to a door that you have to unlock with 12 Master Pieces. There are more than 12 Master Pieces in this level and you’ll eventually need to collect them all for another trophy, but for now get the 12 required and move to the next level. You’ll unlock some good stuff later in the game that will help cleaning collectibles faster.

You need to obtain 12 Master Pieces in order to complete the level. Once you have them, go to the Portal Gate and turn them in to exit. Refer to "Apocalypseburg Master" for more information on how to obtain all Master Pieces on this planet.
You will also unlock "Save Lucy" and "Freeway Fighter" in this level.
You travel to Syspocalypstar after completing this level. There are three tasks you need to complete there before unlocking the Asteroid Field level to continue with the story.
