Keep following the yellow stars and complete the very straightforward and simple missions until you eventually reach the end of the level. You’ll need 15 Master Pieces to unlock the portal; there are plenty of them on your way to the different mission givers so make sure to pick them up if you don’t want to backtrack too much.

You need to obtain 15 Master Pieces in order to complete the level. Once you have them, go to the Portal Gate and turn them in to exit. Refer to "Harmony Master" for more information on how to obtain all Master Pieces on this planet.
You will also unlock "Back In the P-Arrr-ty" in this level.
Completing this level unlocks the Sorting Area and Planet Unikitty levels.
