Just complete all the tasks, question marks and collect all the bricks and the achievement is yours. You can buy the last brick at the store in the level.

how do you unlock this level? I have done the main story, not seen it as a planet i can access

its not in systar system, push up on left joystick while on map of planets

There's not enough time to complete the second race.

Edit: It was the second underwater race I was having problems with. I was using Lucy, but I saw HTG using General Mayhem, so I switched to him and completed it easily despite getting hung up a couple times.

Scattered around the world are purple bricks called Master Pieces. There are 475 in total, and collecting them all will unlock "Intergalactic Planetary Scavenger". These pieces are obtained by completing quests and finding them in the world. They also allow access to new planets.

Classic Bricksburg has 25 of these pieces. Find and collect all 25 and the achievement will unlock. Thanks to Trophygamers for the video.
