Soon after starting the game, keep following the yellow stars until you enter the desert. Here you will face your first enemies and the game will explain you how to do a build attack. Do it to unlock this trophy.

There are many opportunities to do this. The first opportunity to do this is when you first leave Apocalypseburg and travel into the Wasteland. As you walk towards the ruined city of Bricksburg, you will see someone being attacked by alien Duplo's. As you are fighting them, a tutorial will pop up (provided you didn't turn them off) showing you how to perform a build attack.
As you keep defeating these enemies, a blue circular meter bar will fill up below your character. Once this fills up, unleash a build attack by holding down
on the group of enemies followed by 
, 
, , and 
(press them in order they appear on screen). If successful, you will build an object that defeats all the enemies and unlocks the achievement.
If for some reason the achievement doesn't unlock at this point of the game, there will be many more opportunities throughout your playthrough.
