Story related and cannot be missed.

This trophy will unlock in the Systarian Jungle level. Follow the story missions until you need to construct a small vehicle to unlock a door, then you’ll be able to talk to Unikitty and unlock her.

This is story related and cannot be missed. This unlocks in Chapter 3, 'Systarian Jungle'. Her task is to feed the dying alien. After this, use the mask he gives you to get into the gated area. Next, climb the blue mountain and use the builder page items along the way.
