Near the end of the Systarian Jungle level, you’ll have to fight the second boss of the game. The first step is to paint a giant fruit with the right color so that the boss eats it. You’ll know it’s the right color as you’ll hear a little “ding” when hitting it with the right color. The next step is to go near his tail and climb it, pressing 
to climb the different platforms until you eventually reach the top. Then once again, break the pink stuff, repeat that a second time and you’ll defeat the boss.

This is story related and cannot be missed. Be warned that this boss fight has the potential to take up to 15-20 minutes if you don’t paint the fruit correctly. This unlocks near the end of Chapter 3, 'Systarian Jungle'. The boss is a giant chameleon-looking Duplo.
When the fight begins, on the left you will see a giant white fruit appear. Walk over to it, and using your Paint Wand, paint the fruit the color that the boss currently is. After it eats it, it attacks you with its tongue until another fruit appears. Color that one the same color as the boss and it will again eat it.
Instead of it attacking you, run up to it and follow the prompts to climb onto its head (make sure you wait for the
prompt before advancing). You will have to play that same 'whack-a-mole' mini game as the first boss, but instead of just one pink enemy, a blue one also appears. Make sure you hit the pink one. Once you've done this four times, it throws you off and when you land, avoid its attacks until another fruit appears.
Once again, color the fruit the same color as the boss, and once again, walk up to it and use the prompts to climb and smash four more pink enemies. When you're done, a cutscene will play and the achievement will unlock.
