One of the bricks you need to collect is on top of the Water Tower.
This requires you to have unlocked either Batman’s Grapple Gun or Jet Wings.
The Grapple Gun is unlocked on the final planet - Ceremony
Jet Wings are unlocked at the finale much later on.
The remaining are found from Exploration & quests which are simple enough.
If you complete the quests for rounding up bandits in the town you will unlock:

Scattered around the world are purple bricks called Master Pieces. There are 475 in total, and collecting them all will unlock "Intergalactic Planetary Scavenger". These pieces are obtained by completing quests and finding them in the world. They also allow access to new planets.
The Old West has 25 of these pieces. Find and collect all 25 and the achievement will unlock. Thanks to Trophygamers for the video.
