How to unlock the One King to Rule Them All achievement in The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame - Definitive Guide
I believe the video in the previous guide is too general for this achievement in particular, it will however help you with 100% master brick completion of the zone.
This achievement is for helping the King of Middle Zealand. For the sake of instructing, consider the Castle "North"
The King will have you complete a few tasks.
1) Retrieve the Hero's Sword A weapon that can be found swimming in the nearby moat and is under the castle. Swim until you find a square cave toward the front of the castle, should be easy to find.
2) Take the Royal Decree from the King to a Sir Stack-a-Brick. To do this, head toward the middle of town from the Castle and speak the minifig next to the horse.
3) Attack the Ruined City with Sir Stack-a-Brick As you proceed south of the zone and castle, you'll be welcomed by a couple bad guys. Beat them up and then speak to Sir Stack-a-Brick at the gate.
4) Find and build a nearby Catapult for Sir Stack-a-Brick Just look around at the yellow arrows and set up catapults. Do not smash these, pull out your Scanner Binoculars and retrieve the plans with the scan. Head back with the plans, and build in the designated blue square, the Quest Object 'Catapult'. Speak to Sir Stack-a-Brick
5) Enter the Dungeon and Retrieve the Thing of Power Head down the newly opened entrance, following the single corridor to an open room/chamber. Two skeleton goons and a ninja (that looks right from Ninjago) will fight you. Handle em and a bag will be added to your inventory. Head back the way you came to turn in the quest to Sir Stack-a-brick
6) Head back to the King at the North side of the map to turn in the quest and pick a new one.
7) Speak to the wizard of Majisto West end of the map. You will need the jet pack or just the ability to build the bouncer at the foot of the steps. He's at the top of the pillar.
8) Escort Majisto to the Castle Entrance. You'll be attacked by some enemies along the way, just head straight to the castle and don't worry about Majisto keeping up. Once you get to the entrance, kill another 3 goons to progress the quest with the King.
Bloop. Achievement unlocks after talking to the King again.

Middle Zealand is a side planet that will become accessible after completing some story missions. Head to this planet and follow the main quests represented by yellow stars. Once it’s done, you’ll unlock this trophy. Note that you will need to scan the catapult with your glasses before being able to build it, then head inside the cave and kill the enemies to get the required objects to continue the main quests.
See my video below for the story playtrough of the Middle Zealand Level.
Just complete the main tasks and the achievement is yours. You can do this after the story.

game completely sucks, avoid if you hate glitches. The game randomly just stops popping achievements and you won't know till you complete a level and it doesn't pop. I grabbed benny and completed the sorting area mission no achievement, had to reboot and next mission popped. Just completeed middle zealand and no achievement for finishing quest or 100% area, had to reboot again. These achievements will never pop now because you can't replay missions. All you can do is replay entire game again and pray they pop next time. This glitch is mentioned by alot of other gamers on other sites

This is a side planet in the Rex-Plorer system. It is not required for the story but is for the 100%.
To unlock this, you need to complete the four tasks within the introductory quest. Completing the quest will reward you with the Kings Castle building plans. Refer to the link in "Middle Zealand Master" for more information.
