Travel to Syspocalypstar in the Systar System.
Next when you land, there will be some gray rubble on your left. You can do this on any broken building as well. Get out the Super Build Page (Gold Instruction Page) with
or

to build. Hover over the rubble or building with a house build, you'll see it glow ghost red and blue around it there is a red X on it. Press 
to place it there. This will unlock the achievement since you can't place a building ontop of something that's already there.

This can also be unlocked by attempting to build over top something you have already built.
Old broken buildings and those you build can be deleted with X, so in theory someone could delete all the broken buildings before attempting this achievement. Hence the possible need to attempt to build over your own building.
Attempting to build on the world boundary does not work. You have to be building somewhere you could build if it weren't for something already being there.

I was stuck with this because I forgot about the seperate gold pages for the buildings 😅

Syspocalypstar is the second planet you’ll visit. After buying Emmet’s house in the shop and building it, try to build it again and place it directly on the first house you built or on the shop for example. This will be highlighted in red because obviously you can’t build it there; press 
anyway to unlock this trophy.

While visiting Syspocalypstar for the first time, you will obtain build sheets for Tempo's store and Emmet's House. After you build one of them, while still having the build sheet equipped (if it is not then press

to enter Build Mode. Place the new build in the same place as the existing build and it will be red in color. Press 
to "build" the item and you won't be able to, which will unlock the achievement.
