This can be done as soon as you buy something from the shop in the second level. You’ll unlock a character named Tempo and playing with her will unlock the trophy. Some other characters can unlock the trophy too, Minidoll characters are the characters that don’t walk, they just jump around when you move them. Sweet Mayhem is a Minidoll character.

Tempo is the first and one of the many minidoll characters you will unlock. Other minidoll characters can unlock randomly through opening purple Character Relics and completing some of the story missions.
Tempo is unlocked in your first visit to Syspocalypstar after buying Emmet's House and unlocking "What are ya Buyin?". After Tempo unlocks, press
and navigate to the 'Characters' tab (if not already there). Move down to Tempo and press 
to select them.
