Note that this achievement is story-related and I'm only writing a guide for people to know when this unlocks in case they are managing win steaks, percentages, etc.
The last instruction build in the game is in level 11, "Put the Thing on the Thing". When you first start the level you will be in a room with a lot of construction robots lined up. You will be tasked with collecting your instructions and then building a loudspeaker. Once you have completed building the loudspeaker, the achievement will unlock.

Story Related and Cannot Be Missed. You will get this after having built all of the instruction manuals during story mode.

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. It will unlock during Level 11 - Put The Thing On The Thing, when you complete the final instruction build. The instruction builds in the hub do not count towards this achievement.

tory related and cannot be missed. You will get this after having built all of the instruction manuals during Story Mode, the final one being after you build the giant subwoofer in Level 11, ‘Put The Thing On The Thing’.
