How to unlock the Midas Touch achievement in The LEGO Movie Videogame - Definitive Guide

Before going for this achievement, visit the place next to the police station in Bricksburg and enter the code 6LK78NN9 to get the Construction pants.

Then go to the place where you change your pants and wear the construction pants.

Now this achievement will go much faster without going through the building process of each model.

You kinda left out the part where after getting the construction pants, you have to then go to Bonus Room and build every model. Was definitely a cinch with the construction pants though, so thanks for that!

Downvoted because you tell a trick to make it quicker but not what to do in the first place.
For anyone who is new to the game this solution will not help hin/her to achieve it.

Once you have collected every gold page go to the bonus room there will be a builder post in the middle of the room build every single thing you can on the machine there will be 15 items in total you can build

Bricksburg construction
Escape from Flatbush
The depths
Back from reality
Escape from Bricksburg
Cloud cuckoo land
Infiltrate the octan tower
Bricksburg under attack
Flatbush gulch
Attack on cloud cookoo land
Put the thing on the thing
The final showdown
Flatbush rooftops
Escape from cloud cookoo land

This will probably be one of the last achievements you get because in order to unlock it you you have to collect all 5 golden instruction manuals in all 15 levels. Once you have done that, go to the bonus level room and to the construction platform. There you can build the 15 instructions and unlock the achievement.

Note: Since each instruction build gives you a decent amount of studs, it might be worth it to wait to complete the bonus level until you have all these instruction manuals. You need a million studs in the bonus level and I got over 200k from these builds without really trying and lots of errors. It would make the getting 1000000 faster.

After you have collected all of the golden manuals, see the Build Things Only You Can Build Trophy for their locations, head to the Bonus Room. In the center of the room is a station where you can build all 15 manuals, do so and the trophy is yours.

To complete this trophy, you will need to collect all golden manual first.

Once done, go to the bonus room and use orange platform to build each of the vehicles.
The trophy will pop once you have built each of them.

To complete a Golden Instruction build, you must first collect all Golden Manuals for that build. To build all Golden Instruction builds, you must collect every Golden Manual in the game (see "Build Things Only You Can Build". When you have the required Golden Manuals, travel to the bonus room via a warp portal. You can then use the build pad with a construction worker to complete the build.

Once you have all 75 Golden Manuals, head to the Bonus Level (accessed through the Portal). In the center of the floor, there is a build station for you to build all 15 manuals. Once you complete this, the achievement will unlock.

Note: The model for the train for ‘Flatbush Rooftops’ takes a long time to load. It may seem that it locked up but it hasn’t.
