How to unlock the Really hard? This be Impossible! achievement in The LEGO Movie Videogame - Definitive Guide

This is a fairly easy achievement requiring you to simply destroy 50 enemies as the Metal Beard character which can be done quickly on Level 10: Infiltrate The Octan Tower (halfway through) when you first unlock the character. Basically just finish the off all enemies with him at the start and when you go to do the second tier with other characters there will be a point of infinite spawning and you can basically just camp out that position to get this in about 30 seconds since you can kill 4 at a time, will add a video showing this off so you can simply see it.

You can do it in free play. You just have to go to the room AFTER you would have initially unlocked Metalbeard in Story mode. He's waiting for you in there and there's another throw event that causes infinite spawns in groups of 4.

Pretty sure this can't be done with "MetalBeard (Minifigure)" as I've been playing with him constantly in every level and have not popped this yet. I guess I have to go back to The Octan Tower and try with the huge robot MetalBeard?

I ran into the same problem. This can't be done with MetalBeard (Minifigure). Only the Metal Beard in the Infiltrate The Octan Tower level counts for the kills.

This can be attained near the middle of the tenth level: "Infiltrate the Octan Tower".

Start by drilling the support beam with Emmet followed by a missile from Metal Beard. This will cause an enemy to spawn on the ledge above which should be destroyed using another missile.

At this point an infinite amount of enemies will spawn from the doors to the left of the beam (in groups of 4). Simply stand in front of the doors with Metal Beard and stomp them until you reach 50.

*Note: This was done in Story Mode but it can also be done in Free Play mode.

MetalBeard is the very large pirate robot man that is given to you to use in Story Mode. You will most likely get this before finishing Story Mode, every time he is available to use do so and destroy everything in your path.

MetalBeard is unlocked on Level 10. Simply kill 50 enemies whilst controlling him. After you destroy your first explosive with MetalBeard, a gate opens. This gate is an infinite spawn, kill fifty enemies and your done!

MetalBeard is the giant robot pirate and is first playable after you build the spaceship during Level 10, ‘Infiltrate the Octan Tower’. During that level, select MetalBeard and if you stay in that area, enemies will infinitely spawn through a doorway, so just stick around until you have destroyed 50.
