How to unlock the Too Bad! achievement in The LEGO Movie Videogame - Definitive Guide

Having my two characters as Good Cop and Bad Cop, switching between them with Y wasn't working like some of the other achievements.

When I was Good Cop, held Y to bring up the character wheel, selected the "more" from the bottom of the wheel, and chose Bad Cop, the achievement popped.

I don't remember how many studs Good and Bad Cop cost, but if you're using red brick multipliers, you won't have any issues purchasing them.

This achievement is glitched i had both cops out there it wouldnt pop. Gave it a few mins i change out bad cop for garbageman don and then change good cop for bad cop and then it pop.

A very very easy trophy. In any level start with 'Good Cop (Scribble Face)' and the use the triangle to select another character (the bottom selection LEGO minifigure with the Plus-sign next to it). Here select 'Bad Cop' and there is your trophy!

Can't get it to pop in free play.

Bad Cop will be given to you during Story Mode but Good Cop you will have to purchase. After you purchase him equip him, then switch to Bad Cop and the trophy is yours.

Buy Good Cop [Scribble Face] (costs 300,000 studs) from the character menu (Hold (Y) and press down on the D-Pad).

Select Good Cop [Scribble Face] from the character menu and switch to Bad Cop to unlock the achievement.

*Note: This was done in Free Play mode.

This can first be obtained after level 12 "Broadcast News" as this level unlocks both characters. Select Scribble Face as your character. Hold down Y to bring up the selection wheel, and simply choose Bad Cop.

Both characters are unlocked after completing Level 12, ‘Broadcast News’, but you will need to purchase Good Cop. While in a hub or Free Play level, after purchasing Good Cop, hold down to access the character wheel. Move to the bottom symbol which brings up the character grid. Select Good Cop. Repeat this and then select Bad Cop and the achievement is yours.

Note: The switch has to occur on the same character, not one character as Good Cop and the other as Bad Cop.
