Videos are good, and sometimes essential to find things specifically, but I like reading texts. This particular website has text solution for those of you who prefer text.

There are 15 pairs of pants that you must collect through the story/free play levels to unlock this trophy. Please Refer to the Golden Manuals and Pants Collectible Guide found here: LINK

Once you collect everything you need from a level then you can save and quit as you don't have to play the entire level.

See the Build Things Only You Can Build trophy for the starting locations of each Free Play level.

Glitch note:

There is a problem with the Pants in the Brickburg Construction site that means you have to get them via Story Mode and not Free Play:

There is a glitch in Free Play during the Bricksburg Construction level that sometimes happens when starting the dance, as the characters will just dance but you can't do anything with them. This means to get the pants in that level, you will to do it in Story Mode instead of Free Play. To reduces the chances of this glitching, just do everything with Emmet and Gail. If things still won't work properly, then put your PS4 into safe mode and rebuild the database.

To unlock "Honey, Where Are My Pants?" you must find all fifteen pants in the game. There is one pair of pants on each level. Please note, this does not pop upon collection of the last pair, you must finish/save and exit the level first.

There are 15 pairs of Pants, one in each level. Only two pairs are available in Story Mode (getting a certain amount of “Awesome!” moves in the two dance mini-games). The other 13 can only be acquired in Free Play.

Note: Once you’ve acquired all the collectibles in a level, you can press and ‘Save & Exit’; no need to finish the level.
