This is at the end of chapter 11 "Escape from Volcano".
After the previous story achievement you will have to continue a short while through some more undergrund junge. Then you wil have to climb a HUGE tower. On the very top is a boss fight on a large dancefloor. With some large speakers in the background.
All in all rather easy. If you get stuck take a look at the blue marker thats shows you the way. For switches use X or B, depending on the switch. You have to use the right character so circle through them if you are unsure. On the lop left the little yellow icon shows their special ability (holding B). For example a lightning bolt for the electrification ability.
