This achievement unlocks once you complete the Epilogue.

This is story related and cannot be missed. After the story and credits, you automatically start the Epilogue. In this bonus level, you play as Garma Mecha Man and the object is to 100% destroy a miniature-sized Ninjago City. Once you reach 100%, which should only take a few minutes, the level ends and the achievement unlocks.
As you wreak havoc upon the mini-city, your combo multiplier will be increasing. It is very possible to unlock the “Master of Triple Digits” achievement if you keep that combo going continuously. Your stud multiplier also increases, so this is a good way to farm studs for the “Master of Collection” achievement.
This level is available to you at any time after completing it once. It is located to the south of the ‘Ninjago City Downtown’ location.
