DON'T USE ANY Character CODES , otherwise the Achievement won't unlock. Got the 100% Achievement but not this one, because I use some of the codes.

Yes got 101/101 Character's, a code that I used was Lord Garmadon in Pajamas this unlocked also in The Collapsing Condo Dojo.

Character codes void the achievement? Oh, great, that's ruined this playthrough then.

Why would they not give a warning about that in-game, when it's never been an issue in previous games.

*Edit* Can confirm, I also failed to get the achievement, leaving it as my only one I haven't earned in the entire game. I don't have the motivation to go through the entire game again right now. :(

Heads up on this - it's been fixed.

Load up the game in a freeplay area, open the character select and go to the freeplay section to bring up the full character roster. Select any other character to switch and the achievement should pop.

Whilst you only need 101 for the achievement there are 102 characters.

To unlock Lloyd (Hoodie) enter the code D9TZ39.

There are 101 character tokens to unlock in LEGO Ninjago. Some are unlocked automatically upon completing a location or dojo while others you must locate. Once you’ve collected a character token, it is unlocked so you do not have to purchase it.

There are 44 tokens unlocked automatically:

17 for completing each of the 8 story locations.
3 for completing the bonus level.
24 for acquiring gold medals on each of the 8 challenge dojos.

Note that by acquiring these 44 tokens gives you all the abilities required to collect everything else in the game, including other character tokens.

The remaining 57 are located throughout the different areas of Ninjago City. To acquire each of them, you must complete a simple puzzle:

Ninjago City North - 7 tokens
Ninjago City Beach - 7 tokens
Ninjago City Docks - 7 tokens
The Uncrossable Jungle - 7 tokens
The Dark Ravine - 7 tokens
The Lost City of Generals - 7 tokens
The Unclimbable Mountain / The Battlefield - 7 tokens
Ninjago City Downtown - 7 tokens

When you collect all 220 gold bricks, the final character token, Gold Ninja, will unlock and can be found in ‘Ninjago City Downtown’.
