The LEGO NINJAGO Movie Video Game

I got this achievement the first time the game put me in free roam. As soon as you finish the first set of missions you will be in free roam in Ninjago city north. Turn to your right and there will be a guy in a construction worker outfit, talk to him and pay 100,000 studs to build the bridge and the achievement should unlock.

This can be attained after completing "Location 1 - Ninjago City North" and gaining access to the freeplay area of the stage.

The first Tornado of Creation Build is located to the right of your starting position and requires 100,000 Studs to build Ninjago City Bridge.

To make unlocking 'Master of Collection' easier you should only start making 'Tornado of Creation Builds' after reaching Rank 20 as any Studs spent take away from your total.
