In the house once you're out of bed, you will see a ladder next to a door on your right. Go through the door, and simply interact with the button on the floor repeatedly until the achievement unlocks. I didn't count, but it's about 20 times.

If you forget to do it near the start, you get another chance later as you play as the little girl

When you're playing as Lily for about the third time, enter Arthur's room, grab teddy and interact with the button on the floor roughly 20 times.

As Lily, after you've had breakfast, head to Arthur's room and open and close the window blind 10 times. Do it by pressing the red button on the floor next to the bed.

Once you're back in control as Lily inside the house, go into Arthur's room. On the floor by the bed is a switch that you step on to open/close the blind. Click on it 20 times or so, opening and closing it over and over, to unlock this achievement.
