This is the third story related mission. You can't continue until after you complete this. (I had to finish restocking before the chapter ended.)
After returning from the plane crash, you'll be tasked with stocking the community center and finding 3 survivors. The survivors are marked on your map.
The supplies are:
6 antiseptic or old man's beard dressing
12,000 calories from good or drink
36 hours of firewood or fuel
8 bandages
0.39 gallons of kerosene
6 antibiotics or prepared reishi
1 distress pistol
2 distress pistol shells
There's a distress pistol with shells at the crash site.
There are several areas around with coal bins for fuel near houses both on the way to and from the crash, plus any wood counts.
You can make bandages from cloth, which you can make from harvesting clothing.
The kerosene may take the longest, so you'll just need to keep looking. Prepper caches might be the best bet. I'll update if I find someplace better.

Damn, I have been shooting the wolves with the distress pistol LOL hope I have some ammo left!

I found that the first time I came back with a survivor, there was another pistol with ammo. Every survivor has a few shells. Also, if you do the bunker side mission, the last bunker has around 10 more. There should be plenty.
