For this achievement you must fully harvest ten complete deer carcasses.
Hunting deer with a rifle is the easiest way to get this, as it is by far the easiest way to bring down a deer. Just to add to the above. This achievement can be earned in story mode. I harvested 10 deer carcesses without killing them just listen for the crows. in order to earn the achievement you must completely harvest the deer, that includes its hide,guts and all meat.
