Submitted a ticket at the end of June asking for confirmation that it was obtainable and if they could reveal the details of unlocking it. After repeated messages onTwitter I finally got the following response -
"Things are as you can imagine a bit hectic atm, plus, its confusing that you just write under a completely different title. We can't guarantee fixing the specific Long Journey Home achievement, as the game is a bit older - but we are looking into it to guarantee 100%ing it."
