Hello, this achievements is fairly easy and can be done within 5 min. combined with 3 others.

Start a new game and choose a crew (does not matter wich one you choose). For ships select the ISS Discovery to speed things up a little. Lander does not matter and seed does not matter.
On the start tab choose difficulty: Rogue Mode to speed things up and
START FROM EARTH (Learn the Basics). This is important.
After the liftoff fly to the moon (its right next to earth obviously).
As soon as you start to land the achievement unlocks. Hold A and leave to fly to the next planet.
Uranus is the 2nd furthest planet in Sol and located on the right side. Start orbiting it and the next achievement is yours.
Now you have to fly to the sun but be beware cause this is important. Orbiting the Sun to get damage really quickly and shortly before you die
fly straith into the sun and blow up while you circling to the other side.
Otherwise you will not get the "ICARUS WARNED YOU" achievement.

You have to die/explode the ship while inside of the star so not orbiting inside the red area around the star but directly inside it. Maybe try to get some fly bys until you have very low hp and then fly inside it :D

I've tried this three times now. I tried orbiting until I exploded, I tried flying directly in, I tried orbiting and then coming in at an angle. I can't seem to pop the achievement.
