The Long Journey Home

While exploring Wolphax space, you might get greeted by Squire Temrach. He challenges you to a duel. Accept his duel and then just don't raise shields and take a beating. With enough hull damage you can hail them which signals your surrender and will net you the achievement.

If by any chance you don't want to loose hull for a mere 160Cr or so, just go to the main menu from the encounter as soon as the achievement is unlocked. Select continue and you will be right back at the beginning of the encounter. Be aware though that killing Temrach will lower your reputation with the Wolphax.
