How to unlock the He's so Annoying achievement in The Lord of the Rings: Gollum - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement you need to kill Grashneg three times.
When you have to guide him to trap the beasts in level 4 simply guide him in front of them and let them trample him.
Next in level 5 later you have to guide him through a water puzzle, simply leave him on the platform with the lever and raise the water, thus drowning him.
Finally in Level 6 simply choose the Gollum options to leave Grashneg to Shelob and the achievement should pop.

Note that this achievement takes place over Chapters 4, 5, and 6. However, I believe all three instances are independent, meaning if you miss one, you can just replay that chapter. Also note that the third instance, in Chapter 6, required a Gollum decision, so don't do this on your Smeagol playthrough.
You'll be introduced to the Grashneg (a fat desert man) in Chapter 4, and for this achievement, you need to let him die in three different ways. There is one death per chapter.
Chapter 4
Youll first be introduced to Companion Mode with him here, and have to guide him to lure to Borocs into a cage like you did in Chapter 2. Simply let a Boroc kill him. This will likely happen naturally anyway on this part.
Chapter 5
Youll catch up with him in the middle of the chapter for a water raising puzzle. You just need to raise the water over him so he drowns and dies while solving the puzzle.
Chapter 6
At the end of Shelob's Lair, you need to choose the Gollum option to leave Grashneg to die. Pick the vengeful option about him leaving you behind to convince Gollum. Then, you need to complete the entire Shelob chase sequence to escape and finish the chapter. At the end, during the cutscenes, he'll be eaten, and this achievement will finally unlock.
