Use Durin's Axe to break down the door to Durin's Highway inside Dwarrowdelf/Desolation, and follow the path to find a Crossroads, where you speak with Aric regarding the final boss and the story plotlines. You'll see an adjoining room that's blue-ish in color - that is where you want to head.
Breaking down the dirt wall, and entering the area highlighted in blue, you'll find yourself in the Angry Caverns (Also called The Redhorn Lode).
