Collect all eight of Lief Troper hidden change logs in the following locations. When you have to fly, use a rock or a Juggadillo (preferred as they have large area to stand on). Also when you are "ghosted" you can see purple arrows that are point to the logs. You can read the logs and fast travel while ghosted, however you cannot spawn minions from the map.
First Howler Cave
Face the crack where you spawned in front of. The log is to your left, floating in mid air, but you can't see it yet. Reach it by using a minion with flight. Use waypoints to follow the cliff walls; and you can use waypoints on the ground to get very close to the log.

Found on flat area at the top of and behind, the big Starfather statue at the start of the game.
Forest Entrance
There is a tower within the maze-like forest with a top that has a room containing the log. Stand underneath that tower to see one of the stone heads that the Old Pro used to speak to you, and some arrows pointing to a life upgrade. Look up to find a hole in the tower's floor. Use a minion to fly up there. To get the minion to fly close enough to the hole, use your command glove to create a waypoint inside the room. You minion will not fly inside but it will get close enough for you to jump into the room.
Hiver Ruins
There is a tower to the right of the Queens nest with a horizontal crack on its backside that you can fly up to and jump through. The log is found at the bottom of this tower.
Lava River
The log is located on top of the volcano, just next to where the lava is pouring out. Use a minion with flight to reach it. Also consider using a fire proof minion. Because the log is in the lava stream, there is a chance that the minion may accidentally touch it and die.
Desert Plain
Use a minion with flight to reach the top of the giant hand that you can find in the center of the map. The log is found in its palm.
Once you get this one, you can jump off the finger tips and land on the ground way below to get "Leap of Faith"

Look at the prison and find the large skull at its entrance. Fly to its right eye then go through the small opening there to reach your log.

Look at the prison and find the large skull at its entrance. Fly up to see some big handed statues reaching for the sky. One of those hands has the log floating in front of its palm. If you can view the volcano, you should be able to see the log. It is floating quite a distance in front of the hand's palm.
