In the first area in which you are first immersed in the dual reality (split screen), you come upon an electric breaker with no power in the real world and sealed with some sort of skin or flesh in the other world. Going to the left of the breaker, you'll shimmy across a small chasm and in the other world, you'll be able to absorb energy from a glowing stone to then use to power the breaker with an energy blast. 🤙🏽

Once you have enter collapsed tunnel, head left to a Spirit well. Press
to observe the energy then head back to the electrical box. Hold 
then let go to release an energy blast by the electrical box.
