I’ve found a way to get both this and the Running Sim achievement together. After getting past the Niwa entrance gate (which you arrived at on your motorbike) and dropping down into the forest, go to settings then Insight Mode and switch it to toggle. Press LB once to active Insight and while holding LT run back and forth to the WW2 grave on the left. Both achievements will unlock within 15 minutes.

I think it would be nice to notice that both achievements can be done through natural progression too, since you can keep advancing using your method and get 15 minutes out of the playthrough while doing it.

That’s true but some people, like me, would rather get these achievements out the way before focusing on the story and collectibles.

Super simple achievement that can be received within minutes after starting the game.
Once you’re looking out the window at the beginning of the game, exit the room. Go away from the camera and down the hallway before making a left into the room with the open door. Go near the left side of the room where the cabinet is and after your character speaks you can interact with the wall. Move your cursor now to a little jewelry box on top of the cabinet and open it. Nothing will be inside and the game will now let you use Insight by holding down LB. Soon after you can use it when inspecting items and even just walking around in certain areas. Just keep holding down the LB (I tied a rubber band around my controller) until the 15 minutes pass and the achievement will pop.

In settings you should be able to change the use of Insight from hold to toggle to make it easier.

If the final cutscene starts before you get it, you'll need to reload your autosave to it. The only reason this is marked as Missable is if you happen to play around a bit too much and delete your save files. If you do that, you'll need to start a new game to get this.
The PS5's trophy tracking system works well with this trophy and will give you a pretty good idea of how much time you have left before the trophy will unlock so if you feel like you've been sitting there for ages, be sure to check the tracking out to see what % you're at.
