This is for those that don't want to watch a video (with no explanation either).
1. At the plant, press A and it will focus the camera on the plant.
2. Press A again which will back out and absorb the energy from the Spirit World plant.
3. Turn and walk down the hallway and press and hold LB to use Spirit Shield from the moths.
4. Achievement should pop at the end of the hallway.

Redemption, Mode
Story-related; unmissable.
After dropping down a level in the Niwa hotel resort section, you must get your Spirit bar back up. To do so, you must use Out of Body (hold
) to get the razor from the bathtub, then cut through the skin to go through the doorway. Then pick up the flower from the vase to use it at the Spirit well. When heading into the hallway with the moths, just hold 
to get through them.
Note: While using Spirit Shield, run (hold
) at the same time to conserve Spirit energy.

After you activate your first Spirit-Well of the game (using the Dried-up Sunflower), you'll need to make your way through a hallway that has a swarm of moths in it (on the Spirit-Side of your split-screen). The game will tell you how to activate your Spirit Shield (
) so you can get past the moths. They will burn as they hit the shield. When you're through the swarm, the trophy will unlock.
