This one will come naturally as you progress through the story.

While the trophy is marked as missable, it's incredibly unlikely you won't earn it unless you push solely through the story and ignore every collectible. The objects that count towards this trophy are plentiful, from doors, to tables, to the collectibles themselves. Anything that you can essentially interact with using
will count towards this. There are 76 collectibles total, most if not all of which will require you to "inspect" something before you can pick them up. Then you have all of the story-related items that you need to pick up, doors you need to open, and any random thing you might want to look at as you progress through the story. Again, while the trophy is technically missable, it's very unlikely you won't get it.
Once you've inspected/interacted with your 100th object, the trophy will unlock.
