How to unlock the You Saw, You Ran, You Lived achievement in The Medium - Definitive Guide

Video Guide for this Achievement. There are two main sections, the first section requires you to run away from the monster, the second is a stealth section that requires you to keep out of its sight.

No, unlike 'The Phantom' achievement you still can get it if you get caught by the Monster and have to retry.

Even more, you don't even have to be stealthy - I got caught by the monster during the ring around the Rosie O'Donnell just before the exit, but I got prompted with QTE that made me free (you have to be charged) so I ran to the exit and still got the achievement.

Ok so just thought I'd put out there this guide I found. I really prefer Maka's guide which is SPOILER FREE mostly. But I messed up doing a reload and so had to replay the first half of the game (vs playing the whole thing twice) I used THIS guide to step by step do everything up until I got to where I was and switched back to MAKA's guide, which you can find on the collectible guides.

Once you reach the spirit pool, continue following the path as you crouch and hide behind the wooden crates to remain unseen. As the monster walks away, slowly follow him while remaining behind cover.
When reaching the largest area you've encountered, remain hidden as the monster will stand in front of the wooden crates for a short period of time. Once he turns his back and begins moving away, slowly follow him while remaining behind the cover of the crates. As long as you remain crouched and move slowly through the area, you'll have no trouble getting past the monster without being seen.

Para obtener este logro tendrás que completar las dos secciones en donde te persigue el monstruo.

Story-related; unmissable.

In the Niwa hotel resort section of the game, when reaching the second floor and developing the photo in the secret room, the Maw will start to chase you. After an intense chase and a sneak section (please see Phantom (40G)), you'll Spirit Shield yourself from some moths and have to shimmy a ledge right before you fall.

Story Related. 

You will earn this after your 1st chase scene with the demon and the 1st sneaking section that you need to get through for Phantom trophy_silver.png. You'll continue forward a little bit and then attempt to cross a narrow ledge. The trophy will unlock shortly after this attempt.
