After obtaining the flame to light your staff with 
, you'll head right and see lots of constellations in the background. You'll eventually come to an area with lots of ramps and platforms, and swirling white enemies that try to run into you. There are around 5 or so collectibles in this area that you need to collect to unlock this achievement.
This will happen naturally while collecting all of the artifacts. Refer to the Sunset (90G) achievement solution for a video guide showing the locations of all artifacts.
