The Mummy Demastered (EP)

There are 10 of these located throughout the game, but you only need to find one for this trophy.

The first one is near the beginning of the game, when you will have to search for three techs. In a vertical section, with a save spot in the lower left of it, you will come across a spot around the middle on the right that has a crate blocking a spot you can roll under to get to another room. Break the crate and roll into that room to find a Health Pack, then pick it up to get the trophy.
