These grenades are not required to complete the game so they are easy to miss, but you can always go back and get them so they are not missable.

When you find the rappel area the links the first (purple) and third sections (blue), go to the third section, then head to the right and then drop down the vertical part to the first entrance on the left. Head through it all the way to the left until you get to the wooden barricade there. Destroy it and then head into the next room to get the Incendiary Grenades and the trophy.
