This scrolls allows you to move underwater as if you were not in water. The only difference is you won't be able to run fast enough to turn red and do a phase boost.

After defeating the Giant Scarab, keep heading up until you reach the very top section. There you will find the statue containing the Scroll of Anuket. Destroy the statue and get the scroll and the trophy.
