Story related, can not be missed.

While down in the subway area, you will come to a vertical area where at the top of it is a save spot to the right and a rappel spot to the left. Drop down that section and go to the next entrance on the right. Follow that path all the way to the end until you reach the wooden barricade. Blast it to enter the next room, then destroy the statue in there to get the Scroll of Qebui and the trophy.
