At one point, you have a waypoint that takes you to a rappel point but it doesn't show you on the map where to get the rappel gear.

Story related, can not be missed.

After you defeat the Giant Arachnid boss, you will need to backtrack to the vertical section on the map and drop all the way to the bottom, then head into the left room down there. Use your ceiling grip to make it all the way to the left of this area and then grenade the wooden barricade there to access the next room. In there you will find the Rappel Gear, so grab it and the trophy will pop.
