Return back to where you fought the Ammit and head all the way to the left to find a metal barricade. Blast it and head to the next room and to the upper left portion of that room to find another metal barricade. Blow it up and head to the next room to find the statue holding the Crown Of Apis. Destroy it, collect it and the trophy will pop.
