Almost immediately after sneaking past the boss, you do a little puzzle in an elevator before going up.
A little to your left you see a puzzle that needs assembling, so do that and once finished, click on it again to take it down.
There you see a safe, now simply input code 1546 to unlock this achievement.
Go to 6:20 in the video to see how it is done.
