The Office Quest

In the bathroom, you need to take note of the direction instructions on the back wall. You will need to turn the wheel to exit in this pattern. I don't know if they're random, but if not - here's a picture of them, rather than just a picture showing where they are :)

NOTE: You need to grab the wheel from the people who need the toilet paper to be able to open the gate through the vent (go left).

This is story related and cannot be misseed.
It is for completing Chapter 2 i believe.

After you solve the riddles for the guys on the toilet, go back up the grate and the first intersection you come across, go left, and solve the small puzzle with the wheel to escape.
