After killing the giant Antlion in the chapter Sandtrap, you will obtain Bugbait Grenades. Just toss one of these weapons into the general area of some Combine Soldiers, and let your minions go to work. Once they get 50 kills, the achievement will unlock.

Just a small comment, this achievement is in the Half Life game.

In the chapter, Sandtrap, you will get Bugbait grenades. Just throw them on enemies and watch the antlions kill away.
