You will get this while trying to get trough the story.
Tip: Look out for the energyballs from the soldiers. And to get to the hardest generator you need to go torugh a room with lasers. Don't try too run trought these but use climbing and jumping to get to the swich on the other side of the room.

Just a small note, this achievement is part of the Half Life 2 game.

Another small note, this is in chapter 11 (of 13) "Follow Freeman!" for those (like me) who were wondering if it was early on in Half-Life 2.
