This achievement should, at most, take 1 or 2 minutes of your time. Simple. And as of currently, this is the shortest method I know of.
Start a new game from Nova Prospekt (considering the fact that you have gotten that far). From the beginning, in the 3rd or 4th cell on your left, there is a loose toilet just haplessly sitting there. Now, carry it with you down the stairs and to the hole that leads to the next area. Launch it at the head crab that jumps out of the hole, and your achievement will pop.

Within the prison portion of Half Life 2, a few cells will contain toilets. Once you find one, carry it with you until you find a Combine Solider. just throw the toilet at him to unlock the achievement.

I actually got this achievement by killing a normal headcrab with a toilet in the prison...it doesn't have to be a soldier.

No one said it had to be a soldier. They're just the most common enemy in the prison at the start.

OK for idiots like me here is a clear concise solution.
Start a new game on Nova Prospekt. Go through the door and turn left and go to the end prison cell (4th one). STand at the open door and equip your gravity gun. PULL THE WHOLE TOILET off the wall. (I was breaking it off and carrying pieces! dumf!) Take the toilet down the stairs with the grav gun and double back on yourself. Stand close to the hole in the wall to lure the headcrab towards you then fire the john/crapper at it and send it back to headcrab heaven.

There is an earlier location you can get this achievement. When you first get the gravity gun, Alyx will prompt you to test it out. After you play with dog for a few seconds, enemies will start attacking. Go around the corner from the basketball court, back toward the entrance to the "training" area and you'll find a toilet in the rubble on the left side. You can use it to take out the flying buzzsaw enemies.

Right after the area with the cells there's a single head-crab in the hole in the wall leading to the next area that also makes an easy target.

In the chapter, Nova Prospekts, there should be toilets in some of the cells so just pick it up with your trusty gravity gun and fire it at an enemy.
