In "Under the Radar" you will eventually come to a van that has run into a building. Go through the van to pick up some grenades (if you need them) and you'll see a large metal plate leaning against some support beams. Walk behind the metal plate and use the gravity gun to push it down onto the ground. Circle back to the front of it where the garage floor sinks underneath the plate, through a grenade underneath it, and quickly move on top of the plate. When the grenade goes off it will propel you upward to unlock this achievements.

You should mention that you can roll the grenade under with the LT, rather than trying to huck it with RT, as this can have some undesired results.

It's the second cache for the Cache Checker achievement in Under the Radar.

After passing a water tower on the left hand side you will come to a building with a van that has run into the side of a building. go into the bluiding and there will be a legde you can not get to pull the big piece of metal leaving on it onto the floor then throw a grende under it the launch you up to the legde to flip switch.
