Somewhere along the way Alyx will set up with a Sniper Rifle and tell you to scout ahead. Antlions will emerge from the holes in the ground until you block them with the cars using the Grav Gun. Stand away from the holes so that the Antlions emerge and run towards you, through Alyx's line of sight. Let her kill them until the achievement unlocks, then block the holes and move on.

You can use the grav gun to turn the antlions upside down, making it easier for Alex to hit them.

That seems a little faster then the way I did it. I had her snipe some of them but then some regular combine and a few ombies in the house farthest from her by shooting the boards off the windows.

Or if you don't want to watch:Load the first level you meet up with Alyx, and explore the city. As soon as she gets sniper rifle, a lot of antilions/combine soldier and a few zombies will come up. Don't worry about kill count, you can kill everyone, because in later section of this level there's infinite ammount of antillions, so you can get it in no time.

After you kill the sniper in episode one, Alyx climbs up and gets it to back you up. Just run through the next part with only the gravity gun pushing the enemies into her path until she kills 30.
