How to unlock the Destroyer of Worlds achievement in The Outer Worlds - Definitive Guide
If you're looking to get this out of the way like I was, the fastest way by far is just to make a save, then shoot up 3 different areas that house 3 different factions. I would suggest:
Spacer's Choice - Town of Edgewater on Terra 2. This will be one of the first busy areas you frequent in the game.
Groundbreaker - Anywhere on the ship. You can travel here shortly after getting your power regulator in the 'Comes Now the Power' quest.
Auntie Cleo - Town of Roseway on Terra 2. Talk to Gladys on the Groundbreaker to get a quest about a distress signal. Talk to ADA back on your ship to unlock a new area to travel to on Terra 2.
The achievement seemed to unlock around 85% for me for my third faction, but I got the first two to 100% anyway as I was grinding for kills at the same time. To check your standings with the factions, it's under your Character Tab under Reputation.
Again, don't forget to make a save if you choose to do it this way :)

Surprised I didn't see this posted in any of these solutions, but the fastest way is to kill high profile members of a faction. I killed Reed (Edgewater, Saltuna Factory) instant negative 100% for Spacer's Choice. Then did the same to Sophia Akande (Byzantium, Adjutant Office) again instant negative 100% for The Board. I then went to Fallbrook on Monarch since that is Sublight controlled, killed Catherine Malin in the pub and her guards around her, the achievement popped after killing a handful of her guards.

Fun achievements! I killed basically almost everyone, but one kill is enough in Edgewater!

You can get both this achievement and the one for maximum positive reputation in the same playthrough. One is based on the positive bar, one is on the negative, and you can raise both bars simultaneously. (That's weird, but whatever.)
I'll assume you've been working on the positive reputation. Once you have that, back up your save, then go on a killing spree. I did this late in the game, so I knocked out a couple of factions at the same time. I had brokered peace in Stellar Bay, so I went through and killed EVERYONE. Then I went to the Groundbreaker and started killing everyone.
I didn't get to 100%, but they were at least 70% negative or so. (I can't remember exactly what I got because I reloaded the save right afterward.) Then you can reload to before the slaughter and continue with your game.
So no, you don't have to play twice for this.
Hope this helps!

- You can check your Status with each faction in the Menu under
CHARACTER | REPUTATION
- If you want to get this out of the way and not be labelled an ass-hole the whole game you can just make a SAVE, then go to 3 factions and shoot up the place until their "Negative" Reputation is at least 75%.
- Leave that area and travel to another until the cheev pops while destroying faction #3
- You can see an example of this in the video below
*Remember to make a NEW SAVE after killing all those "enemies" so that they register for the other achievements, then Re-load the old SAVE you made before going murder crazy for this cheev so that you can go back to playing normally!

I would just like to add to the above solutions, that the fastest way to get this seems to be to steal and pickpocket in public, from the faction you want to anger, while having two companions with you.
Stealing decreases your reputation in itself. Also, the faction will attack you and your companions will defend you, which will further decrease your reputation. So you can just keep stealing or pickpocketing while your companions protect you. This way you won't even need to get your own hands dirty if you don't want to. Having adreno in stock is very useful of course.
Did this on "Story" (easy) difficulty. It was very easy and quite fast. As stated in the other solutions, you should save first or do this on a second playthrough, or after completing all quests, if you don't want to botch any quests by mistake.

The achievement unlocks when three factions have a negative rating of at least 75% simultaneously. In other words, provided you attain a negative rating of 75% or greater with two factions, and do not degrade those ratings below 75%, the achievement will pop when the third faction's negative rating hits 75%.
To see your rating, press to bring up the inventory screen press to tab to Character and to tab to the Reputation screen. On the left side, the factions are shown in two groups: Primary and Secondary. Factions in both groups qualify for the achievement. On the right side, the positive and negative status is shown. Only the negative status is relevant to the achievement—it must be at least 75%. It doesn't matter what the positive rating is. A negative rating of 75% and a positive rating of 100% would still qualify for this achievement.
Ideally, one would like the status to be "repulsed." However, that is not necessary. An agitated status with 60% positive and 85% negative would qualify a faction for the achievement.
If you are working for positive reps with all factions to assist you in the end game, a good time to work on the achievement is right after you unlock:
The requirements of the achievement result in a negative rating of 100% with the Spacer's Choice faction. If you plan on reverting to a previous save, defer that until after you unlock this achievement. If you plan on accepting the results of Ludwig was Right and continuing the game from that point, make a hard save. Go to Stellar Bay and shoot up the town until you get the MSI faction negative rep to 75% or greater—it will probably end up as a negative 100%. Now go to Amber Heights and shoot up the iconoclasts. The achievement will pop as soon as your negative rep hits 75% while you are in the process of shooting up the town. Reload the save of your choice or continue with the game.
There is no reason to get fancy. If the above recommendation is not to your liking, there are many alternatives. Bloodshed is the fastest and easiest way to get a negative rep up. Go to the faction you want to target. Let loose with "a bit of the old ultraviolence." Move on to the next faction and go on a rampage. The achievement pops when the third faction's negative rep hits 75% or higher.

FIRSTLY MAKE A SAVE PRIOR TO THIS (unless you’re happy with killing everyone)
To save having to go on the Unreliable repeatedly and go to different locations to kill factions I did this all on Monarch.
I went to Stellar Bay (MSI), Fallbrook (Sublight) and Amber Heights (Iconoclasts) and killed 75-80% of people including the main leaders there.
Once you’ve made the three factions negativity 75%+ the achievement will pop!
Happy hunting!

Opposite to the last achievement, you need to have three factions at 85% or more negative reputation for this achievement. The easiest thing to do is save your game, then travel to Monarch and massacre the three settlements of Stellar Bay, Amber Heights, and Fallbrook to get hated by all three of MSI, Iconclasts, and SubLight. Positive and negative reputation are tracked separately for each faction in this game, so you could ironically have both 100% positive and negative reputation with every faction if you played the game as a good guy and then went on a rampage later on.
You can actually do both reputation trophies in one playthrough as factions can both love and fear you at the sane time.
For my trophy I annoyed the board by siding with Phineas everytime, also killing any corporate I see.
Destroyed MSI and then killed any survivors I found.
Then Killed all sublight employees on Groundbreaker, traveled to Monarch and killed them in their outpost until the trophy unlocked.
Iconoclasts are also easy to use to boost this trophy.

Easy to do on Monarch. Complete Katherine's quest to seize the cone factory in a bloody manner, reducing your reputation with the locals to a minimum. Then save and cut out Stellar Bay and Amber Heights. Ready.

We kill local residents in any 3 settlements until the maximum negative reputation.

You can simply kill the leader of a faction, for example, by killing Sofia, I immediately received the most negative reputation, so whoever has one left to quickly finish off - take advantage.
